Bulk Text Message SMS - Reach any mobile phone in the world through our simple online SMS gateway platform. This service enables companies to send out a SMS or MMS message to a large number of people who have opted in to the service. Quickly and easily launch your mass text message campaign in seconds with a single click.

Text Alerts - Inform your customers of events, specials, and product announcements via their mobile phone. Text Alerts are text messages that are sent to your customers automatically. They specify when they want to recieve a message, either at a certain time each day, or when certain events happen and how many they want in a given time frame.

Text to Vote - Collect the opinion of your customers in realtime through interactive polling. Customers are a great source of insight into product and service development, and ones who are brand loyal appreciate the opportunity to provide such input. The mobile channel is among the best means of gathering this data.

Text to Win - Providing incentives through contests can attract new customers and recapture old ones while encouraging them to join your subscription-marketing program. It eliminates paper, so it’s environment friendly as well as time efficient and enables communication with end users and gives them a possibility to opt in to programs and future promotions.

Premium SMS - Generate new revenues by offering services that are charged to subscribing customers. These fees can be one-time charges, or based on a monthly subscription amount. The fee charged for the Premium SMS service is charged directly to the wireless subscriber’s phone bill, and the carriers subsequently pay the business owner approximately 50 % of the service fee.

Shortcodes - Short codes provide a trusted method for users to 'opt-in' and 'opt-out' of mobile marketing programs from their phone. To do any 2 way SMS messaging in the US, you must send from a short code leased from the Common Short Code Administration (CSCA). 1 way mobile marketing services usually do not incur a monthly charge and are run through one of our shared shortcodes.

Dedicated Shortcodes- The CSCA charges $500 per month to lease a Random short code and $1,000 per month to lease a Vanity code (5 or 6 digit short code that you specifically select). These fees do not establish connectivity, but only give you ownership of a unique, or “dedicated” short code number.

Short Codes ensure that consumers remain in control of their experiences by providing them a trusted method to ‘Opt-In’ and ‘Opt-Out’ of mobile marketing campaigns or alert services from thier phone.

A Common Short Code is a 5 or 6 digit abbreviated phone number - e.g. 27285. Leasing a short code is similar to leasing a domain name. Carrier-assigned short codes can be leased from the CSCA for $1,500 quarterly. If you want to pick out the numbers of your short code (i.e. choose a vanity code), the CSCA charges $3,000 quarterly. It generally takes 8-12 weeks to set up a shortcode program.

Short Codes identify the content providers to both the carriers and consumers. Unlike with e-mail (where you you simply lease a domain name and start sending people e-mail messages), all short codes are initially black-listed from carrier's networks. Each Short Code program has to be independently approved, tested, provisioned, then certifed by each wireless carrier to gain access to that network. Carriers conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance of each short code on their networks and they can easily block programs that don't follow their rules.

Shared Shortcodes - A short code can be shared by multiple content providers if the program is managed by an approved Short Code Application Provider like Mobile Marketing Technologies, Inc. with a system capable of maintaining carrier compliance while differentiating between program traffic through the use of unique keywords. A shared shortcode usually runs between $100 - $200 per month but is limited in the number of keywords. It generally takes 3-4 days to setup a shared shortcode.
